We employed Mr. Bocun Lee, a senior chef & executive chef of prestigious western restaurant, who has over 15 years experience in western style food and restaurant management, as our perennial consultants to give professional guidance on cooking and kitchen operations.
Month launched 4-6 exquisite menus for families and restaurants. From the pure western dishes to the combination of Chinese and Western which more fit the Chinese eating habits, manifests incisively in this Kitchen.
